Applications submitted on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays may take longer to process. Emirates Visa Office is a private consultancy and is not affiliated with any UAE government authority, so the final decision always rests with the relevant UAE officials.
Tracking, answered
Your application reference or full name, your passport number, your email address, the date you applied and a mobile or WhatsApp number we can reply to.
We usually reply the same day. Requests sent on weekends or public holidays may take a little longer.
It lets us match you to the right application quickly and avoids mix ups with other travellers who share a similar name. We use it only for this purpose.
Most applications take 2 to 3 working days once your documents are complete, and weekends or holidays can add time. If it has been longer, message us on WhatsApp with your reference and we will look into it right away.
Contact us as soon as you notice a mistake. Whether a change is possible depends on how far your application has progressed, so the sooner you tell us, the better.
