Payment Guidelines and Fee Structure

Welcome to Emirates Visa Office. We provide independent, professional support for your UAE visa application. Before you pay, please read these guidelines so you know exactly what your payment covers.

Important transparency notice

Emirates Visa Office is a private visa consultancy and is not affiliated with any UAE government authority. Our professional service fee is separate from, and in addition to, any official government visa charges.

1Transparent Pricing: What Your Payment Covers

We keep our charges clear and separate. Your total cost is made up of two distinct parts:

Official government charges

The mandatory fees set by the relevant UAE authorities for visa processing and issuance, where they apply. These are confirmed with you during your consultation.

Our service charge

Our independent charge for consultation, document review, application preparation and submission support. It is shown on every plan as Service Charges.

Plan prices on our website are shown in USD per person and are indicative. The final amount is confirmed before you pay.

2Payment Options

Our team confirms the available payment methods with you during your consultation, so you always pay through a channel you are comfortable with. Please note:

  • Currency: Payments are quoted in USD (US Dollars). If your card or account uses a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate.
  • Statement description: Your transaction will appear on your bank or card statement as Emirates Visa Office (or a similar identifier).
  • Verification: You may be asked to enter a 3D Secure code (OTP) sent by your bank to authorise the payment.

3Data Security and Privacy

Your privacy and financial security matter to us.

  • We do not store your full card details on our website or servers.
  • Card payments are handled through a secure, encrypted payment provider.
  • Your passport and personal documents are used only for your visa application and shared only where the application requires it.

4Payment Outcomes

  • Successful payment: You will receive a confirmation and a payment receipt on your registered email or WhatsApp. Our team then begins processing your application.
  • Failed payment: If a transaction is declined, this is usually due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds or bank limits on international payments. Please check with your bank or try another card, or contact us and we will help you.

5Independent Service Disclaimer

Emirates Visa Office is a private, independent visa consultancy. You are free to apply directly through official government channels. By choosing our service, you receive expert guidance, document review, dedicated support and a clear, organised application process.

We cannot guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests with the relevant UAE authorities.
