Privacy Policy

At Emirates Visa Office, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you visit our website and use our visa support services. By using our website and services, you agree to the practices described here.

Effective date: October 2026

1Important Entity and Non-Affiliation Disclosure

Transparency disclosure

Emirates Visa Office is an independent, private visa consultancy. We are not affiliated with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), or any other UAE government authority.

The personal data collected on this website is used to provide private visa consultancy and application support. Where an application is submitted to an official authority, we do so on your behalf as an independent agent.

2Information We Collect

To support your UAE visa application, we collect two types of information.

A. Personal and application data

This is information you choose to give us through our consultation form, WhatsApp, email or phone:

  • Personal details: full name, nationality, and date of birth or gender where your application needs them.
  • Contact information: phone or WhatsApp number and email address.
  • Passport data: passport details and a colour copy of your passport.
  • Travel documents: passport style photograph and supporting documents such as flight tickets, hotel bookings or a copy of your current UAE visa.
  • Your enquiry: the visa type you are interested in, your travel dates and any message you send us.
  • Payment details: information needed to confirm and process your payment through our payment provider.

B. Technical and usage data

This is collected automatically when you browse our website:

  • IP address, browser type, language preference and operating system.
  • Pages you visit and how you interact with them.
  • Cookies that keep the website working and help us understand how it is used.

3How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for clear and lawful purposes:

  • Visa support: to recommend the right visa, review your documents and prepare and submit your application.
  • Communication: to reply to your enquiry and send updates, receipts and important notices.
  • Payment security: to confirm payments and help prevent fraud.
  • Website improvement: to fix technical issues and improve how our pages and forms work.
  • Legal compliance: to keep records we are required to keep and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.

4Data Sharing and Non-Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or documents to marketing companies.

We share your data only where it is necessary:

  • UAE authorities: where your application must be submitted to obtain your visa.
  • Payment providers: secure payment processors that handle the transfer of your payment.
  • Legal authorities: only when required by law, a court or a regulator.

5Data Storage, Security and Retention

Security

We protect your files with reasonable technical and administrative measures, including encrypted connections on our website and limited access to your documents. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe from unauthorised access, loss or change.

Retention

We keep your personal data and passport records only for as long as needed to provide your visa support and to meet record-keeping or legal requirements. After that, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

6Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it:

  • Essential cookies: needed for basic functions of the website.
  • Analytics cookies: used to measure traffic and understand how pages are used, without identifying you personally.

You can change your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the website, such as forms, may not work properly if you do.

7Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data. You can contact us to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information, ideally before your application is submitted.
  • Ask us to delete your records, once your service is complete and no legal matter is pending.
  • Stop receiving non-essential messages from us at any time.

8External Links and Third-Party Services

Our website links to external services, such as WhatsApp for chatting with us, Google Maps for our office location and official government information pages. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply. This Privacy Policy does not cover those services, so we encourage you to read theirs.

9Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or in our services. Any changes will be published on this page with a new effective date, so please check it regularly.
