Emirates Visa Office is an independent, private visa consultancy. Our services are for guidance, document preparation and application support only. We are not affiliated with any UAE government authority.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before you apply or make a payment.

2Definitions

In these terms, "Company", "we" and "us" mean Emirates Visa Office. "User", "you" and "your" mean any person or organisation that uses our website or services for visa application support.

3Services We Provide

Our support may include:

  • Advice on the visa type and duration that suits your trip.
  • A personal document checklist and a review of your documents before submission.
  • Preparation and submission of your application, and updates until a decision is made.
  • Guidance on transit, tourist single entry, multiple entry and extension plans.

We do not issue visas. Visas are issued only by the relevant UAE authorities.

4Fees and Payment Structure

Your total cost is made up of two distinct parts: official government charges, where they apply, and our independent service charge for consultation, document review, application preparation and support.

Plan prices on our website are shown in USD per person and are indicative. The final amount is confirmed with you before you pay. For full details, please read our Payment Guidelines.

5Your Responsibilities

To help us support your application, you agree to:

  • Give us accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
  • Make sure your passport meets the validity requirements for your visa type.
  • Reply promptly if we ask for more documents or clarification.
  • Check your visa details carefully when it is issued and tell us straight away about any error.

Delays or refusals caused by incorrect, incomplete or false information are your responsibility.

6Visa Processing

We work carefully to make sure your application is complete and submitted correctly. However, the final decision on any visa rests solely with the relevant UAE authorities, and we cannot guarantee approval.

Processing times shown on our website are typical estimates only. Actual timing depends on your documents and on the authorities.

7Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Refundable conditions

Refunds are considered only where there is a documented error made by our team before your application was submitted.

7.2 Non-refundable conditions

Government charges and our service charges are generally non-refundable once processing of your application has started, regardless of the visa decision.

8Limitation of Liability

Emirates Visa Office is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from visa delays, refusals, changes to immigration rules or changes to your travel plans, including flight, hotel or other bookings you make before your visa is issued.
